Our Team

Dr. Nik Sissodia

Dr. Nik Sissodia is a leading implant mentor, trainer, and private practitioner in London. He has lectured internationally and held roles at the University of Warwick and the Royal College of Surgeons. A founding member and past President of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, he currently serves as President of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry. Nik is also a partner and Clinical Director at Ten Dental, recognised as the UK’s Best Referral Practice in 2017.

Dr. Martin Wanendeya

Dr. Martin Wanendeya is a partner at Ten Dental, a specialist referral practice in south London, focusing on implant and aesthetic dentistry. He serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania and lectures at the University of Frankfurt. Martin holds an advanced Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons and is a tutor on the program. A full member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry, he has co-authored a chapter on full arch prosthetics and is an expert in digital implant dentistry and smile design.

Prof. Riaz Yar

Dr. Riaz Yar, a specialist in prosthodontics, graduated from the University of Liverpool and completed his specialty training at the University of Manchester. He holds multiple diplomas in dental studies and implant dentistry and is an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons. Riaz is a Visiting Professor at the College of Medicine and Dentistry and lectures internationally, focusing on TMD and occlusion. He recently completed his Master's in Soft Tissue around Implants and Teeth with Professor Zucchelli.

Dr. Sanjay Sethi

Dr. Sanjay Sethi, a private practitioner in London, specialises in aesthetic and implant dentistry. A past President of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry, he is also an active member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and the ADI. Sanjay lectures internationally and directs the Aesethix and Elevate education programs, while also teaching independent courses and a diploma program.

Dr. Nik Sethi

Dr. Nik Sethi graduated from King’s College London in 2009 and holds a Master’s in Aesthetic Dentistry. He practices privately in London with a focus on restorative treatment. Nik has completed advanced training courses in restorative dentistry and became a full member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry in 2017, where he now serves on the Executive Council. He is a co-founder of Aesethix and Elevate Dental Academy, providing regular teaching courses alongside Dr. Riaz Yar and Dr. Sanjay Sethi.

Programme Overview
